I have manufactured The essential recipe but have included dry figs (simmered in drinking water for 20 mins to soften after which you can blitzed in foods processor) and honey to the mix just just before putting while in the icecream maker. Came out fantastic. Gonna check out a passionfruit 1 up coming.Reduced the warmth and simmer for 5 minutes. G
